Changes to Pot Hole and Street Light Reporting

As from February 1, the County Council is encouraging all residents and Parish Councils to use its online reporting system to make them aware of potholes and defective street lights.

Significant improvements have been made to this tool which allows customers to receive updates direct to their inbox on how the council is resolving the issue. If a customer who phones in feels that a pothole or streetlight defect presents a risk of serious injury, they will be put through to the council’s Emergency Team. […]
